Part Time: Mon, Wed & Fri 9AM-3PM

Temporary Position with the possibility of becoming permanent


  • Answer incoming calls, direct calls and take messages
  • Greet guests & provide appropriate assistance and information
  • Receive, record & monitor reservations for parish events and activities
  • Enter Sacramental records and make certificates
  • Schedule Mass Intentions and send cards
  • Help produce weekly bulletin and post to Website/Social Media
  • Perform additional clerical and general office duties as assigned or requested


  • High school degree or equivalent (Requried)
  • Bilingual English/Spanish (Required)
  • Catholic in good standing (Preferred)
  • Excellent written and erbal skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Publisher
